Second Edition of Avoiding False Mirrors to be released

A second edition of Avoiding False Mirrors, my book on innovation in business organizations, will be released approximately January 15, 2016. It is a major revision of the first edition, updated with new stories and examples, and brought up-to-date on the latest views of business process management (BPM).
